A Doctorate (Ph. D.) in Social Science and a post-graduate in Mathematics with interest in social service since college days; I was an active National Service Volunteer (NSV). Fueled by suppressive attitude of society towards poor and downtrodden, social service especially in the field of health, education, women empowerment and skill development was an obvious career. To enhance my knowledge & skills and efficiently contribute in social service I studied rural development & management as well law.

To propel technical and professional education & training, I worked with my colleagues to form Right Path Foundation, a Trust registered under Indian Trust Act 1882. The Trust has established Gautam Group under which employment oriented professional institutions with courses like nursing education & training, pharmacy, teacher training, ayurvedic medicine, etc. are conducted.

As the Chairman of Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS), I am involved in guiding its programmes for youths, especially female with no or little literacy since 2002-03.
